Terms & Conditions

For any rental from our company, the renter must be a minimum of 23 years old, and the driving license should have been issued at least one year prior to the rental. Acceptable driving licenses include those issued by Greece, the European Union, or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

When the vehicle must not be used:

• Against the terms and conditions of this agreement.
• To transport persons or things during the rental.
• To carry more people than it is licensed for.
• For towing other cars or any kind of object.
• By anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Outside of Crete, unless there is prior written consent from the company. Otherwise, the renter bears sole responsibility.
• For any use against Greek legislation.

Should there be a need to modify an existing rental contract, communication with the company is mandatory. In the event of any change to the rental contract, the cost will be recalculated based on the current availability and the prices effective on the day of the modification.

In case of an accident or any other incident, it is the customer’s obligation to contact us so that we can initiate all the necessary procedures.

If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed date and time for rental return, no refund will be provided to the renter.

Reservation of vehicles is subject to availability. The company reserves the right to substitute the reserved car model with an equivalent or superior model.

Upon the conclusion of the agreed rental period, the company offers a grace period of 60 minutes without any additional charge. Following this period, the renter will be charged for each extra hour at a rate equivalent to 1/5 of the daily rental price.

All fines incurred due to the driver’s behavior during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. The company does not provide any type of insurance coverage for unauthorized drivers of the company’s vehicles.

No type of insurance coverage is provided for an unauthorized driver of the company’s vehicles.

Roadside assistance services are available for all vehicle groups, on the condition that the vehicle has not been driven off-road and remains accessible.

Vehicle security is critical to protect the customer and prevent theft of the vehicle or its accessories. Therefore , it is absolutely essential for the customer to always ensure that the vehicle is properly locked and secured before leaving.

The renter is solely responsible for collecting all personal belongings before returning the vehicle.

Regarding insurance, all our cars come with full insurance coverage. This includes protection for drivers in cases of fire, theft, and liability to third parties for death, injury, or property destruction. Compensation for the insured vehicle following a collision, impact, or derailment is provided only if the repair cost exceeds 70% of the vehicle’s insured value. The renter’s liability for damages to the rented vehicle is waived unless there is a violation of the Road Traffic Code. However, damages to the underside, wheels, tires, and windows of the vehicle are not covered under the “Collision Damage Waiver” (CDW). Comprehensive insurance is optional and is charged at a rate of 15€-20€, depending on the vehicle category.
